About MESA

MESA was created in 2015 when the Delta Blues Band decided to re-launch with a new name, website and Facebook page.

The reason for the re-launch was that in the 8 years (and over 100 gigs!) that Delta had been playing together, the repertoire had broadened out from the original basic blues to encompass different styles as diverse as Americana and reggae.

Then Covid came along in 2020 and everything ground to a halt.. so much so that we didn't get back together and start playing gigs again until 2024!

We'll be continuing to play around the West Midlands, especially in Leamington Spa, Warwick and Southam so please come along and enjoy the new songs (as well as some of the old Delta favourites!).
